Travel Cancellation Cover

With travel cancellation cover, you are covered before the trip against cancellation costs due to accident, illness, death or damage by natural forces to the property of the traveller himself or a family member.
 

• Travel amount per person up to CHF 799.00 / EUR 699.00 à RRS CHF 23.00 / EUR 19.00
• Travel amount per person from CHF 800.00 / EUR 700.00 à RRS CHF 28.00 / EUR 24.00
• Travel amount per person from CHF 1300.00 / EUR 1200.00 à RRS CHF 33.00 / EUR 29.00
• Travel amount per person from CHF 1800.00 / EUR 1700.00 à RRS CHF 38.00 / EUR 34.00

Conditions

Up to 24 hours before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 10% of the trip price plus the final fee of the trip cancellation cover. 

In any case, the traveller have to inform Active Travel AG / Mallorca-Aktiv GmbH of the cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the trip.

This notification of cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail to your responsible travel agency to info@huerzeler.com resp. info@mallorca-aktiv.de. It is mandatory to attach an appropriate document for the proof to the e-mail (doctor's certificate, death certificate, etc.). Otherwise the costs will not be reimbursed.​​​​​​​

Cancellations on the day of departure or even retroactively will be charged according to the General Terms and Conditions.
