Top climate during the winter months

During the dry season from November to February, you can expect warm, dry weather – temperatures average around 25° C and humidity is often only about 50% on the coast. This conditions are excellent for training and make Thailand the ideal cycling holiday destination throughout winter.

An excellent cycling region

The cycling area around Jomtien/Pattaya is characterised by a great variety of low-traffic routes. The unimaginably varied topography, from flat to undulating to hilly, invites you to fantastic tours. The scenery also leaves nothing to be desired. The charming areas of the hinterland as well as along the coast. There are hundreds of kilometres of wonderful tours to ride. The local traffic culture is also very pleasant, with motorised road users proving to be patient and prudent – people look out for each other, care and show courtesy.

Culture full of contrasts

Culturally, Thailand has a lot to offer. The best known and most striking are the countless Buddhist temples and shrines, so-called wats, which are part of everyday life. The artfully crafted and colourfully decorated buildings reflect the teachings of Buddhism, Thailand's defining religion and philosophy at the same time.

Delicious Thai cuisine

Thailand also plays a major role on the culinary map. Dishes like Pad Thai (fried noodles), red and green curries are famous all over the world. Try these and countless other delicious dishes in their country of origin – it doesn't get more authentic and fresh than this.
